What payment methods are available?
All major credit cards are accepted on the Swag Store website. If you would like to place an order using PayPal, we can accommodate but would have to place the order manually. Please email us at [email protected] so we can help. Please note that PayPal orders will be charged +5% because of the exorbitant PayPal fees.
How does free/discounted shipping work?
After spending $100 USD, we will waive the entire cost of the cheapest option for shipping within the continental US. For all other destinations, we will discount the cheapest shipping option by 50%. You can choose a faster option, but in this case you would be responsible for the full cost of the shipping and handling fees.
How do duties and taxes work for international orders?
Recipients are responsible for any duties and taxes for their order. Your local customs will notify you for any owed amount and will be payable directly to them.
Are orders returnable/refundable?
Sorry, Charlie! We wanted to bring you a Swag Store for HomeoSummit, but this is a very limited engagement. All sales are final. Of course, if you have a problem with your order, please let us know.
When will my order ship?
We will ship your order within two business days. We will send you an email as soon as your order ships, and if available for your selected shipping service, we will include a tracking link.
How long will the Swag Store be open?
